Ask us on WhatsApp
What is wood therapy?

It is a body massage technique that uses wooden tools in different shapes. At Madera, we combine it with hands-on techniques and personalized care to support your wellness and body care goals.

Are wood therapy and lymphatic drainage the same?

They are different techniques that can complement each other. Wood therapy uses wooden tools for targeted massage, while manual lymphatic drainage uses gentle, rhythmic movements. During your consultation, we determine which approach suits you best.

Should the session hurt?

Pressure should be adjusted to your sensitivity. Let us know how you feel during the session so we can adapt each movement. Intense pain is not the goal of the treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals, your starting point, and how your body responds. During your consultation, we can suggest a plan and review it as you progress. Every body is different, and so are the results.

How should I prepare for my first visit?

Wear comfortable clothing and share your questions, goals, and any relevant health conditions. If you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or are receiving medical treatment, let us know before booking so we can assess whether a session is appropriate for you.
